Scope of Works and Brief - Upon meeting, we obtain a complete understanding of your project's requirements and all areas you feel you need assistance, wether its is the full package new build/ renovation, or just one area of your space.

Fee Estimate - A detailed estimate of time will be put together in a clear document, breaking down each area, processes required in that area and items to source.  This will become your check list and make sure there are no surprises as to the time were spending on your project.

Concept and Planning - Now the fun begins.  The design process is worked through in layers, beginning with style imagery, finishes samples and basic layouts to build upon.  Each layer is presented and worked through with you, creating a unique, custom experience.  No stage is moved on to until you are 100% your vision is going to be met.

Hard Fitout - Once the concept and full plan are agreed up a full set of detailed design drawings are created and final finishes and fittings are selected, refining the original idea and creating a clear package for all trades undertaking the construction works.

Soft Fitout - To complete your space we design, source and select furniture, fabrics, art, window treatments and accessories.  These may be custom designed to fit or sourced from some of our trusted suppliers.

Documentation - Along with the full set of detailed plans, a schedule of finishes, fittings and furniture selections is put together for you and the construction team to refer back to throughout the project.

Procurement - We are happy to undertake the stress of placing all orders for your furniture and fittings and tendering out hard fitout areas to make sure you are receiving the best pricing.

Project Management - To see the project through to the end and give a turnkey experience, we will often work alongside the architect and building team either on site or virtually, so ensure level of finishes and timeframes and being met.
